In the following lines I give you additionall waydescriptions and some simple drafts that should make it easier to find the way to my studio .

Just look in, to one of my or my pupils exhibitions or even without an official reason, maybe to get to know some original paintings.

Looking is always for free  ;-)  and I always like the chance to meet some new nice people !

approaching from north-west:

drive along the A2 to Bielefeld, there take the exit „Detmold, Lage, Loepoldshöhe" to the B66 and follow it till Lage from there go on via B239 to Detmold.

In Detmold follow the B239 in direction to the towncenter till you can turn left into the „Leopoldstr.". Follow it for approximately 400 m then you will find the the „Meierstr." on the left hand side. Comming from this side my artstudio is at the very beginning of the street, it is the third house on the left side.

approaching from north-east:

drive along the A2 to Herford, there take the exit „Detmold, Lage, Bad Salzuflen" on the B239 and follow it through Lage till you arrive in Detmold.

In Detmold follow the B239 in direction to the towncenter till you can turn left into the „Leopoldstr.". Follow it for approximately 400 m then you will find the the „Meierstr." on the left hand side. Comming from this side my artstudio is at the very beginning of the street, it is the third house on the left side.

approaching from south-east:

drive along the A44 till the crossing „Wünnenberg-Haaren" and there on the A33 in direction „Paderborn/Bielefeld". Leave the A33 at the exit „Elsen" in direction „Detmold" again on the B1. Drive along the B1 till exit „Schlangen" there turn right and again into the L937. Follow the L937 to its end in the citycenter of Detmold. This leads you automatically to the B239 on wich you have to turn right.

A few hundret meters ahead you can turn left into the „Leopoldstr.". Follow it for approximately 400 m then you will find the the „Meierstr." on the left hand side. Comming from this side my artstudio is at the very beginning of the street, it is the third house on the left side.

approaching from south-west:

drive on the A44 till the exit „Büren" then follow the L776 (later B1) in direction Paderborn. Shortly before Paderborn leave change to the A33 in direction „Bielefeld".

After approximately 2 km you must leave the A33 again at the exit „Elsen" in direction „Detmold" there you are on the B1 again. Drive along the B1 till exit „Schlangen" there turn right and again into the L937. Follow the L937 to its end in the citycenter of Detmold. This leads you automatically to the B239 on wich you have to turn right..

Beeing in the town center of Detmold you can find the artstudio & gallery „Chou-Art", if starting from the marketplace you walk down the „Schülerstr." and closely before it ends turn left and walk through the „Grabenstr.".

My artstudio is located exactely at the corner of „Meierstr."/„Grabenstr." !
